What you’ll be doing
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual solutions to help drive the organization’s strategic priorities and other key projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Art Director in creating captivating graphics
- Create and design digital assets/marketing materials/ ads for social media platforms
- Support the website team by prepping assets for the site
- Prep both digital and print assets
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Finalize all artwork, electronic files and prepare for final production
- Work independently and as a functional part of design teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team, web developers, and management to implement effective creatives
What you must have for this position
- A creative, open-minded, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Storyteller skills with the ability to think conceptually in a media-neutral fashion
- At least 4 years of experience in visual design
- Skilled in Adobe Suite
- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
What is nice to have for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual design
- Proficiency in motion graphics
- Proficient in motion design and After Effects
- Agency experience
- Strong illustration skills
