We currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our sales team.
What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for finding and nurturing sales leads
- Create engaging sales presentations, and promotional literature
- Research new businesses and create a competitive analysis of companies and industries.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and identify prospects
What you must have for this position
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience (B2B)
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, sales tactics, and business development processes
- Be a proactive self-starter and strategic thinker who can take ownership of multiple projects
- Strong sales skills with a thorough understanding of the consultative sales cycle
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
What is nice to have for this position
- Existing relationships with companies in the healthcare and hospitality sectors desired
- Coordinating sales with specific marketing programs
- Excellent Google Suite and Microsoft Suite skills
- A degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field
- Agency experience
